Because all optical frames are thoroughly evaluated and fitted in person, and prescription lenses are custom-crafted to your unique medical and optical measurements, all in-store purchases of frames, sunglasses, and prescription lenses are final sale. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns for change-of-mind.
Prescription & Custom Lens Assurance
We recognize that adapting to new prescriptions can occasionally require fine-tuning. If you experience difficulty with your custom prescription lenses, please visit us within 60 days of receipt. Our team will gladly review your prescription specifications and, where appropriate, coordinate a complimentary lens remake to ensure visual clarity and comfort.
Manufacturer Warranty Support
All frames are backed by the manufacturer’s 1 year warranty against structural and material defects. Should you encounter a defect covered under warranty, we will facilitate the repair or replacement of the frames at no additional charge in accordance with the manufacturer’s terms. Normal wear and tear, accidental breakage, or mishandling are excluded.
