Returns: Returns may be processed within 7 days of receipt of your product. Frames must be in original, unworn condition, with all original packaging including plastic sleeves. Items will be assessed on a case by case basis and any damaged frames will not be eligible for return. Prepaid return labels will be provided for eligible returns at no charge.

Warranty: Defective items as described under the manufacturer defect warranty will be remedied at no charge. This may include replacement parts or a complete replacement in certain circumstances.
Sale and online custom ordered items are final sale and will not be eligible for returns.
Returns will be processed as a full refund to the original payment method.
Please note that frames with a prescription are not eligible for return as they cannot be resold.
