Returns may be processed within 7 days of receipt of your product. Frames must be in original, unworn condition, with all original packaging including plastic sleeves. Items will be assessed on a case by case basis and any damaged frames will not be eligible for return. Prepaid return labels will be provided for eligible returns at no charge. Prepaid labels will be valid for 14 days and will become void therefore after.

Defective items as described under the manufacturer defect warranty will be remedied at no charge. This may include replacement parts or a complete replacement in certain circumstances.
Sale and online custom ordered items are final sale and will not be eligible for returns.
Returns will be processed as a full refund to the original payment method. Refunds will be processed within 1-3 business days when the item is received and assessed. This may take 1-2 weeks to show up in your account.
Please note that frames with a prescription are not eligible for return as they cannot be resold.
