We provide free shipping on all orders over $250. Orders are processed within 5-7 business days depending on logistics. These logistics vary as we have suppliers in Japan and Canada. Please contact us if you have any questions about the timeline of your product.

Returns may be processed within 7 days of receipt of your product. Frames must be in original, unworn condition, with all original packaging including plastic sleeves. Items will be assessed on a case by case basis and any damaged frames will not be eligible for return. Prepaid return labels will be provided for eligible returns at no charge.

Defective items as described under the manufacturer defect warranty will be remedied at no charge. This may include replacement parts or a complete replacement in certain circumstances.

Sale items are final sale and will not be eligible for returns.

Returns will be processed as a full refund to the original payment method.

Please note that frames with a prescription are not eligible for return as they cannot be resold.
